BelgraviaPRO Guest Agreement

Please think of others – Suffolk Beachfront Holiday Park is a Communal Holiday & Residential Park 

 

  1. Park Etiquette 

  • Check in time for Powered Sites – 12 noon. For Onsite Accommodation – 2pm 

  • Check out time is on or before 10am (NSW time) 

  • All payments should be finalised 2 weeks prior to arrival including extra guests.

  • The guest name on receipt and/or on register is responsible for ensuring all people in their group staying or visiting the Park complies with these Park Rules 

  • Visitors must park in designated area beside office 

  • Speed limit is 10km (equivalent to a fast walk). Pedestrians have right of way at all times 

  • The use of skateboards, roller skates, roller blades, scooters, bicycles and ball games in our Park is at Park Manager’s discretion 

  • Please restrict noise from radios, televisions and social gatherings. NO excessive noise after 10pm. All visitors must leave the Park at 9.30pm 

  • Please keep your site and other park facilities you use clean & tidy. Rubbish and recycling bins as well as waste water drains and a clothes drying area are positioned throughout the park for your convenience 

  • 15 amp leads must be used to connect to power outlets 

  • No Refunds due to bad weather 

  1. Site Bookings, Boundaries and Usage 

Site allocation is at manager’s discretion. Site preference is requested but no guarantee of a particular site is given to a customer. Your site allows for one car and your camping setup (van/tent/camper trailer) with up to a metre separation to the boundaries. Consult closely with Park staff and Park map to know exactly what the layout of your site is and how to best fit onto it comfortably. 

The Park’s natural bushy setting also means that we have a great variety of site sizes and shapes interspersed with many trees. We feel that it is important that your site selection is perfectly matched to your needs to ensure you have a great stay with us. We have also included the following information and guidelines to further enhance your holiday. 

  1. Zero tolerance rules 

Failure to abide by the rules below may result in your stay with us being terminated. NO second chances, NO warnings, just immediate eviction from the Park with no refund given. 

  • Anti-social behaviour towards other guests 

  • Stealing from other guests staying at the Park 

  • Abusive language and swearing 

  • Undue noise and behaviour after 9:30pm 

  • Excessive drinking of alcohol or use of drugs 

  • Not accepting instructions from Park Management and /or Security 

  • Damage of any kind to Park property and facilities 

  • Gatherings of more than 6 people on any one site is not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made with Reception 

  • Non-payment of park fees 

  1. Cancellations or Booking Amendments 

Peak and High Period Bookings:
Where at least 28 days written notice of cancellation has been given before being due to arrive, deposits or prepayments will be refunded with the following options:
 
Option A: Full credit of deposit or prepayment to a future booking.
Deferral dates must be provided at the time of request.
Deferring can only happen once with any booking and if the 2nd booking cannot be
kept the whole deposit or prepayment is lost.
Any deferred dates must be within 12 months of the original booking date.
 
Option B: Refund of deposit or prepayment less $50.00 administration fee.
Money Orders and cheques incur a fee of $5.00 in addition to the administration fee for any refund of deposit or prepayment.
 
Notification for bookings cancelled within 28 days prior to arrival will forfeit full deposit or prepayment.
 
Off Peak and Shoulder Period Bookings:
Where at least 48 hours written notice of cancellation has been given before being due to arrive, deposits or prepayments will be refunded with the following options:
 
Option A: Full credit of deposit or prepayment to a future booking.
Deferral dates must be provided at the time of request.
Deferring can only happen once with any booking and if the 2nd booking cannot be kept the whole deposit or prepayment is lost.
Any deferred dates must be within 12 months of the original booking date.
 
Option B: Cash, or credit card refund of deposit or prepayment less $50.00 administration fee.
Cheque and Money Orders incur a fee of $5.00 in addition to the administration fee for any refund of deposit or prepayment.

All Seasons:

  • Should people vacate a site early due to weather conditions no refund is to be given.
  • Tariffs and deposits are not refundable if your stay is cut short.
  • Park management reserves the right to relocate or change the booked site number prior to or at arrival.
  • Booked sites will only be held for 24 hours from booked time of arrival, unless otherwise arranged.
 
Emergency:
  • In the event of flooding and SES has recommended moving to higher ground a refund will be given for nights paid and not stayed. Otherwise, it is park manager’s discretion to determine whether a refund should be given.
Compassionate:
  • No administration fee will be charged for bookings made and cancelled the same day.
  • Customers can write to Council requesting a refund for cancellation of booking due to Death or Sickness. Your request will be assessed by the Caravan Parks Manager to determine whether a refund will be given. It is recommended that upon cancelling the booking you notify the Park Manager of your reason to support your case.
  1. Additional Fees for special services or hire equipment 

Some services require an additional fee and these include hire equipment, purchase of additional personal items from reception. This is at the expense of the guest. 

 

  1. Damage to the Park 

Any guest or visitor of a guest who willfully or through their negligence damages the Park facilities or its property will pay for the damage. Guests are responsible for damages caused by their guests and children. 

 

  1. Damage & Personal Injury 

Disclaimer. To the extent permitted by law, the Park and Belgravia Leisure excludes any liability to the Guest Booking Agreement, tort, statute or in any other way for any injury, damage or loss of any kind whatsoever (including, without limitation, any liability for direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage), sustained by the Guest and/or any other person, or for any costs, charges or expenses incurred by the Member, arising from or in connection with the Booking Contract and/or the services/products provided by the Centre and/or Belgravia Leisure, and/or any act or omission of the Park and/or Belgravia Leisure. 

  1. Breach of Park Rules (Terms & Conditions) 

 

Any breach of these terms and conditions will result in a warning and any further breach will result in a second warning and your stay being terminated. A proven serious breach of the general conditions of entry may result in immediate termination of your stay without warning. The Guest, Belgravia Leisure and the Park each hold reciprocal rights of termination for a material breach of any term or condition of the Accommodation Agreement.  

  1. Privacy 

A Customer’s “personal information” (as that term is defined in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)) will only be used by the Park or Belgravia Leisure to provide you with the services contemplated in accordance with your accommodation Contract. Please refer to the privacy statement on the website.
